How many days ahead do I have to
place an order for an international delivery?
We will have sufficient time to process your order if you can
give us three working days. To be on the safe side, we ask that
you give us 2 days for delivery. This will allow us to handle
unexpected situations. (For example: Foreign holidays… etc.). In
fact, we can deliver on the same day (Order needs to be placed
before 11:00 am) for countries in Asia ( Japan, Hong Kong,
Singapore, Malaysia… etc.). For England, France, Europe, New
Zealand, and some advanced countries, you will only need place
an order one day before delivery day and the order will be
delivered on the next day. For America and Canada, the order can
be delivered on the same day (For example: An order placed on
May 4, would arrive in America on May 4 America local time). For
express service, we will change an additional USUS$20 service fee.
It is preferable that you place your order in advance, in order
to avoid unnecessary charges. |

To what countries do you deliver?
We deliver to all major cities in five continents, including
Mainland China, Moscow, and so on.. For remote areas, we will
charge an additional service fee of USUS$15-20. |

Is the starting price of the order
for every country different?
Yes, it is. Our starting price begins at USUS$100 ( France and
Japan USUS$130, Mainland China USUS$85 ). You can ask us for the
price first. |

Do we need to fill in an order in English for
international delivery?
Yes, you do. Especially the address, the name of the
recipient and the card message. We can translate any other
information, but if you only know the address in the language of that
country, please place your order by fax. |

For international
delivery service, do you provide the same products as in those
pictures shown on the internet?
We are sorry that the flower design will be different for
international delivery. It depends on seasons and situation of
that particular region or country. You can tell us the colors
and types of flowers you want and we will make appropriate
arrangement for you. We normally cooperate with those foreign
florists who are members of International FTD or AFS
organizations. They possess excellent standard. You can count on
us for that. We do still guarantee and protect the right of
customers. If you are not satisfied with the flowers delivered,
we will rearrange the delivery until you are fully satisfied.
