Q：What can I do if my computer does not work on Chinese ?
You can input the address in English and we will check it out for you. The important thing is that the telephone number of the recipient must be correct. Other information such as messages on the card, we can also translate them for you. You can also fill in the fax order form in Chinese, print it out and then fax it to our shop. If you request the card message to be translated into Chinese, We sure can make it .
Q：If I only know the recipient' s address and not the telephone number, can you deliver it?
It is preferable that you provide us with the telephone number. If not, we will take the responsibility in delivering flowers to the address you request. We can help you to check the telephone number if you know the name of company or organization. But if you can not provide the information as such, and you agree to allow us to deliver the flowers to the address you gave us, then we can not guarantee that the flowers will be delivered to the right person.
Q：If the recipient did not receive the flowers, how should you handle it ?
If the information you provided was inaccurate or you were not aware of the location of the recipient at that time ( E.g. moved out, on business trip, go abroad… etc ), we would be unable to return your money. If it happened due to negligence on our part, we would arrange another to delivery or return all your money as your wish.
