3. You can order through our fax order form with your native language, the card message will be cut and paste into the greeting card.

4.After sending your order, you will get your confirmation within 10 minutes. This generated confirmation indicates to you that your order arrived. We do send another message confirming that your order was executed.

Delivery information:

1. Delivery time: The delivery times correspond to our business hours, including Sunday if you place order during our business hours.

2. Delivery area: Alice Florist delivers flowers to Taipei and other parts of
Taiwan. We also deliver to MAINLAND CHINA.

3. Domestic Service (Taiwan Area): we accept on-line orders 7 days a week and provide same day delivery service for orders take before 11AM by Telephone or FAX (except for Sundays, which require special arrangements be made in advance).

4.World Service (Based in Taiwan): We accept on-line orders 7 days a week, however, orders need to be placed at least two days in advance, rush orders (same day) can possibly be arranged by phone or fax depending on time zone differences and other factors.
